For this salad, I use my favorite sweet dressing; organic peanut butter, vinegar, and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Arugula
- 2 cups fresh broccoli
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 apples finely chopped
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup golden raisins
Instructions
- Sweet dressing ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. Apple cider
- For the dressing:
- In a small bowl, add peanut butter, apple cider, olive oil, water and salt.
- For the salad:
- In a large bowl, add arugula, broccoli, apples, carrots, walnuts, raisins.
- Then Pour over the dressing and toss well.
- It's better to serve chilled.
