Mexican foods are so tasty and flavorful, especially burritos and tacos.
The good thing about this recipe is; you can change ingredients based on what you have or like more.

This Tuna Burrito Bowl is very easy to prepare do miss it. Also for healthier version quinoa could be a good choice.

As my hubby has some kind of allergy to tomato so instead  I add mushrooms.
I think over a year ago, I try to buy less canned food as much as possible. For this recipe I cooked corns and red beans before, especially for corn I cook in a big batch and freeze them.
