Hungarian Goulash Stew

Couple years ago we had Goulash stew in a German restaurant and really loved it. As always when I tasted the new food I like to cook it at home.

while I was looking for a recipe, I found Goulash is originating from Hungary. Also, old and an authentic recipe is made by shepherds on an open fire. In addition, this stew is a famous meal in all over Europe. In Germany, they eat Goulash with their famous spaetzle but in Hungary eats over egg noodles or with bread.

Goulash is like a comfort food which is great on gloomy and rainy days.
So from that time I cook this beefy stew once in a while and the whole house smell heavenly.
